GLAZCO TECHNOLOGIES LLC CONTACT & SUPPORT

Better reporting starts with a conversation.

Find the appropriate route for account support, organization onboarding, security reviews, privacy inquiries, and responsible disclosure.

We’re here for the important questions.

ReportRocket is developed and operated by Glazco Technologies LLC. For account-specific assistance or a formal vendor review, use your designated Glazco contact or the support route provided through your organization’s agreement.

Protect sensitive information.

Do not include patient information, report content, passwords, access tokens, security credentials or other confidential healthcare data in general business inquiries.

Product & account support.

For issues with installation, account access, dictation, report handling or PowerScribe One integration, contact your existing ReportRocket support representative through the communication channel provided during onboarding or in your organization’s agreement.

For self-service guidance, start with the Help Center. Account registration and sign-in entry points are available through the website.

Vendor security reviews & BAA information.

Healthcare organizations can initiate requests for security documentation, data-flow information, relevant contractual safeguards and BAA discussions through their designated Glazco business representative. Some documents are available only under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

For background information, see Security & Trust and BAA Information.

Report a potential security vulnerability.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability affecting ReportRocket, report it privately through your established Glazco security or support contact. Include the affected feature, relevant version, time of discovery and a concise reproduction outline, but do not include patient information, passwords, access tokens or exploitable secrets.

Responsible disclosure expectations
  • Avoid disrupting production systems or accessing accounts or data you do not own.
  • Do not publish technical exploitation details before they can be assessed.
  • Use your organization’s incident or security escalation process for any urgent clinical or patient-data concern.

Privacy, account and deletion requests.

For account data questions or applicable privacy-rights requests, follow Account & Data Deletion. Patient records and requests involving protected health information may need to be handled by the healthcare organization responsible for those records.

Prepare a concise inquiry.

Use the tool below to organize the information your designated company representative needs. It creates text on your device for you to copy; it does not submit or transmit your request.
