GLAZCO TECHNOLOGIES LLC RESPONSIBLE AI

Intelligent assistance. Human judgment.

Our approach to radiology reporting assistance emphasizes clinically reviewed outputs, clear technology boundaries, and responsible information handling.

Assist the radiologist. Keep the clinician in control.

ReportRocket uses AI to help organize and refine dictated findings. It is not an autonomous diagnostic reader, and AI-generated report language is never a substitute for clinical review.

Where AI contributes.

Report structuring

Converts natural, free-form dictation into an organized, editable radiology report.

Natural-language editing

Supports corrections or clarifications to earlier findings within the dictation workflow.

Optional Smart Impressions

Can suggest impression language and adjust the level of detail. Impression content remains subject to radiologist review.

Speech-related processing

Uses AI-supported services for applicable dictation and transcription workflows.

Human review is essential.

AI-generated text can be incorrect, incomplete, misleading or inconsistent with the underlying images or dictation. Automated edits may alter the meaning of clinical statements. ReportRocket is designed for radiologists to review, edit and approve their reports.

Before clinical use, confirm:
  • All findings reflect the imaging study and the radiologist’s intended dictation.
  • Measurements, laterality, negations and referenced anatomy are accurate.
  • Corrections have been applied only where intended.
  • The impression is supported by the findings and any applicable clinical context.
  • Any integration output matches the approved report.

AI requests pass through the Azure Gateway.

The Windows application uses a local backend. AI-related requests from that backend travel through ReportRocket’s authenticated Azure Gateway and onward to OpenAI for applicable processing. The Gateway is part of the service architecture; it does not by itself determine data residency, retention or the applicability of particular vendor contractual terms.

More information about service providers, information handling and contractual safeguards is available in Security & Trust and the Privacy Policy.

Defined responsibilities, not clinical guarantees.

ReportRocket is not intended to independently interpret medical imaging, provide medical advice to patients or replace licensed professional judgment. The clinician and customer organization are responsible for authorized use, clinical decisions, approvals and appropriate oversight.
